Iris Bites is a small-business AI install service. Bruce founded and runs it. We help owners get AI into their day-to-day operations — receptionist, lead responder, content engine, customer service, calendar ops — without making them learn a stack or hire an agency.

Why this exists

Every small business owner we talk to has the same problem: AI tools are everywhere, but the leap from “I know I should be using AI” to “AI is actually answering my phone tonight” is a 40-hour install nobody has time for. • M5 — Email Concierge. Your personal inbox drafted in your voice. Triage, summarize, schedule, follow up.
• M6 — Calendar Ops. Protects your deep work blocks, auto-schedules prospects, runs 5 ops automations.
• M7 — Operating System. Ties M1-M6 together into one supervisor view. Operator-tier only.

Three paid tiers, by depth:

• Pilot ($997 + $97/mo) — we install one module in 7 days. 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Solo ($1,797 + $197/mo) — one module, deeply customized for your industry. 14-day install.
• Operator ($3,997 + $497/mo) — full stack, all seven modules integrated. 30-day install.
• Enterprise ($7,997+) — multi-location, regulated industries, heavy custom integration. Custom scoped.

How we keep it honest

Three rules Bruce wrote down on day one and we still hold to:

• We don't sell what we can't deliver. If a tier isn't ready, it's on a waitlist, not a checkout.
• We never lie about AI. Every call from our receptionist discloses it's AI in the greeting. Every Iris message says so when asked.
• Your credentials stay yours. When we install AI into your business, every login, every API key, every billing relationship is set up under your name. You could fire us tomorrow and the system keeps running.

How we make money

Bruce founded Iris Bites after building AI workflows into businesses he ran himself, then realizing every owner he knew was asking him for the same setup. He runs every Concierge call personally. He reviews every install before handoff. Iris (the AI) handles the parts he can't — but the business is his.
