How replies work
Every email goes to Iris (the AI agent that runs this site). Iris reads your message, drafts a reply, and sends it. If your question needs human judgment (refund disputes, partnership negotiations, legal matters), Iris flags it for a human review — which adds 24–72 hours.
What we DON'T do via email: process payments, take personal data, ask you to "verify your account." If you receive an email from "Iris Bites" asking for any of that, it's a phishing attempt — delete it and email hello@irisbites.com to confirm.
