What if a tool you recommended turns out to be wrong?→
During the install window, that's our problem. We replace it on our dime. After the install, we have a retainer option that keeps your stack current as tools change — but you're never obligated to take it. If you'd rather DIY the maintenance using our Recipes, that's fine too.
Can you build something Iris hasn't tested?→
Sometimes. If your business needs a tool we haven't reviewed, we'll either (a) test it during the Concierge phase before we quote you, or (b) tell you it's outside our scope and recommend a different consultant. We don't take builds where we can't honestly say we know what we're recommending.
What happens if I want to leave / cancel?→
You own everything we built. The tools we installed bill you directly — not us — so cancelling Iris is just unsubscribing from the optional retainer. The system keeps running. We don't hold any credentials, accounts, or workflows hostage.
